The brand new Hilton Garden Inn, Sunderland designed by Red Box Design Group is open now!
The stylish new property, adjacent to Sunderland’s Stadium of Light, is the only one of its brand between Birmingham and Glasgow.
It was officially opened by the Mayor of Sunderland, Councilor Barry Curran, in a civic ceremony earlier this month (May 3) and has already received enquiries from as far afield as Germany, Holland and the USA.
Mayor of Sunderland, Cllr Curran, said: “This is a fantastic development for Sunderland and the wider North East.
“There was a real sense of anticipation across the city while construction was underway and I am sure the venue will be warmly embraced now that doors are open.”
The Hilton Garden Inn, Sunderland, boasts 141-bedroom en-suite bedrooms, state-of-the-art gym, 24-hour business centre and various meeting rooms accommodating up to 70 delegates. It also houses a destination restaurant, the Karbon Grill, serving the finest cuts of imported American beef, along with a range of chicken dishes, seafood and mouth-watering desserts.
